Description
An elegant, three-tiered French étagère or flower stand from the second half of the 19th century, featuring rich inlay work and finely crafted bronze fittings.
The circular panels are decorated with floral marquetry, created using various types of precious wood veneers. The shelves are framed by openwork bronze trim, while the curved cabriole legs are accentuated by bronze appliqués and footrests. The graceful proportions and refined detailing reflect the high standard of French furniture craftsmanship during the Napoleon III era.
