Description
A pair of iconic LC1 armchairs, designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand, in the Cassina version from the 1970s.
The LC1 is one of the most famous pieces of modern furniture design. Its light, chrome-plated steel tube frame and suspended leather seat and backrest provide both comfort and a distinctive look. The design has become one of the most recognizable symbols of functionalism and 20th-century modern design.
The pair of armchairs has been preserved in its original condition. The leather shows signs of wear and minor damage resulting from age and use, which reflect the furniture’s authentic character. The structure is stable, and the chairs are fully functional.
If requested, we can also professionally restore or completely replace the leather, striving to preserve its original appearance.
